Introduction

THIS EVENT IS A BATTLEGROUND FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS. PREREQUISITES OF THIS COMPETITION IS THAT PARTICIPANTS HAVE TO CONSTRUCT A 4-WHEELER ROBOT WITH CONSTRAINT DIMENSION WHICH COULD MOVE OVER VARIOUS TERRAINS AND PERFORM SIMPLE TASKS AND ABLE TO RUN ON EVERY TYPE OF TERRAIN.

    What to do
    Task :
    • The robots built by given dimension and specification will be allowed for game.
    • The rounds will be decided according to groups participants.
    • The robot which gains maximum points will be the winner.
    • your robot should able to cross these types of obstacles:-
      • Mud
      • Sand
      • Hills
      • Sharp Turn
      • Oily Surface
      • Hanging Bridge
      • Marble Section
      • speed breaker etc.

    RULES
    • Registration Fee Teamwise is 1500/- for this competetion.
    • Lego kits are not allowed in any form.
    • The L X B X H should not exceed 27 X 26 X 20.
    • Wired or wireless robot is allowed
    • If RF (Wireless) controller is used, dual frequency is must in order to avoid RF jamming. The dual frequency should be such that it can be switched to either frequency just before the start of the run.
    • The length of the wire (for wired robots) should be long enough to cover the whole track (around 10m or more) and the wire should remain slack during the complete run.
    • The maximum allowed voltage to power the robot is 24V.
    • The team should not consist of more than 4 members.
    • Each member from same college is not mandatory.
    • The robot should follow the robot specifications provided. Any deviation from the mentioned specifications will lead to disqualification.
    • Once the race begins, two hand touch is allowed, if you are taking hand touch, you have to start from last check point.
    • No test practice will be allowed on the main racing track.
    • If the Robot crosses a checkpoint, and moves off the track, the Robot would be placed back on the previous checkpoint.
    • The decision of the judges will be final and abiding.
    • Argument with judges in any form will lead to disqualification of the team.
    • Human interventions:-
    • For a minimum of 2 human interventions there will be no penalty. But for each of the human intervention made afterwards they will be penalized with 5 points.
    • Human intervention shall not exceed more than 5 seconds and during human intervention the robot must remain in the Arena. The robot should be placed back at the same place where the human intervention was made.
    • A maximum of 10 Human interventions will be allowed beyond which the team will be disqualified.
    • If the human intervention exceeds 5 seconds it will be considered as a time out and the rules of Time out will come into effect .

JUDGING CRITERIA

Each section has 30 points If your robot touches the boundary line, there will be deduction of 5 points each time. Which team has the highest points, will be declared as a winner.
